Old school in thought. They say they want fresh new thinking. But, they truly only appreciate thinking & contributions from long-time employees (20+ years). This is a blind spot for the company given most of the Leadership to mid-management team are ~20+ years in tenure.

None of the seniors will listen to your problems and work on them to resolve. Always make false commitments in front of retailers, distributer and even employees. No work life balance at all. They will not pass the incentives on month on month basis though even you qualified for it. The biggest issue is fake commitments by management.

After joining Purina my work life balance went for a toss. Here you have to work from Monday to Sunday, morning to evening. Even management will call you more on weekends and holidays.Never got incentive on time.
