CEO is god. C-Suite, VPs, HODs are hired for namesake. All decisions are taken by CEO. You will experience 20 year old company setup. There are no processes or procedures. If you're in CEOs good books, you get promotions after promotions.

The staff and the my colleagues in which I feel safe and lots of knowledge gain from them and a sincere employee I have manage many things regarding yard problems which are not so well and I maintain with help of my manager and I am now good to deal with lots of negotiation maintenance and a resourceful work.

There are very unpredictable situations right now in the company many senior managers resign from the organisation.

Shortage of manpower 1 person must handle multiple work it’s very difficult to balance work and family life even at the month you have to work on Sunday also. You can’t take leave in month end & closing of month end activity. My personal opinion not to choose this organisation for job security purpose.

Any time, they announced that, process is going to shut down, if uper management is failed to understand the business, why employees should penetrate, there is no job transfer into other departments, you need to resign from your job. It very bad thing.
