They have good clients & there structure is good (reports, CEI) so you can get good exposure.

Work culture is pathetic, they have Team leaders who are with them from 15-20 years, they will make sure your exit in one year. TL, director always blames team members for their increased cost as only TM taking all the money and they are working freely. TL only blames TM for everything no appreciation at all even though all the Audits were performed by TM independently....Read More

5 days working so you can study or have personal life but trainings kept on Saturdays.

No job security. Laid off lots of staff during lockdown though it's a 40 years old firm but not financially strong. Or just pretend to be poor not to pay salaries. One sided rules are followed. Hum kare so kayda is the attitude of HR, management and directors. Don't even follow engageme nt agreement clauses. Some directors have lot of arrogance and attitude. Lot of politics also. If you have good connection with your TL and Director, then your job is secured and appraisal also done good. Otherwise you can even be terminated despite of good work. Prefer quantity of work rather than quantity of work. Manager starts asking for draft report just in 2-3 days of starting any assignment. Senior most partners are excellent. It's really nice go have interaction with them. Proprietor sir and below them 2 senior partners are very excellent in thinking and give good shape to innovative ideas. Feels lucky to work with these 3 honerables. Below them all hirerachey is totally misguiding the firm.

Dislikes

Middle level managers are third class. Specially nonsense in their thinking. If you have innovative ideas these managers will never support and they expect traditional way to follow. These managers are blocked seats over past number of years and will not move for remaining carrier.

Good place to work provided you get direct interaction with these 3 senior honerables. Otherwise it's full of third class team members having no direction. Just for salary purpose they blocked seats.
