I dont like anything about athena bpo as i have worked for 2 years with them. Zero employee benefits . Teamleaders , managers , cfo and owner Elizabeth Jacob only yelling for Dhanda Dhanda . They should change their emplyee management skills or replace all the cfo , teamleaders and managers . Er department not even interested in providing the salary to the employees . If someone forgets to collect their cheque . Then the ER department will have in their bank account . HR hiring guys whose 12th is not completed . Making the employees work for 12 hrs shift forcefully because they want dhanda afterall . No sick leave provided . Mediclaim benefits not given to the employees . I suggest naukri to blacklist from thier website or app as they will only fool and make them work as a slave . Do not forget the checking thing . Guards are like checking employees body as they are carrying some kind of Nuclear weapon . Kindly take this feedback as true cause i have worked there for 2 years . I had an issue where the manager team were saying i am doing data manipulation. I left the job they didn't even care to provide me experience letter or my pending salary. There is lots of favouritism. Worst managements. If you have uper management reference then only you will get priority. Company CEO was not aware about Financial FRAUD activities are runed by some managers (incentives). Worst part they will not release you if you get better opportunity. Chandivali Symphony IT Park's Athena BPO branch is the worst. The management, including the manager and TL, are TOXIC un supportive,liars and have a cheap mindset. The company has cheap bosses.

I have worked in Athena for 2 years but that is also very difficult because the culture here is very useless, they reduce the working hours by 12 hours and call in sick and also reduce the Sundays and if someone makes you leave then The salary is put on hold and if you absent for three to four days due to any circumstances then he absconds and the salary is not even given.

No incentives no increment, HR only focus on hiring they will tell u all lies during hiring process during my time they said u will get increment of 2000 after 1 year but they only incremented 1500 and also said u will get incentives never received incentives.
