A very good platform to start off your career, they will teach you and will guide you to achieve the defined target, best place for a fresher, leaders are very knowledgeable and will guide tou to the right path and will help you to understand the real estate market overall. With the experience of anarock one can easy het hired in the builder lobby effortlessly.

Appraisals are very disappointing, initially the package they provide are very less compared to any other mandate firms.

Work culture and managerial support is awesome. Apart from compensation everything at Anarock is good

Compensation/ package here is not that great as expected and as said from other employees. Sales pressure is there but manageable based on your manager. If you're lucky to get a supportive manager you are through.

Worst higher level management. As they dont know. What is going on at the base level and just keeps on putting immeasurable pressure. With near to no marketing cost and bad marketing team. They will want you to work as a local road side broker.

The culture here is very toxic. They expect you to work on weekends, holidays, day and night. The compensation is in peanuts and the company has a low budget for everything. They just don’t want to spend any money.

I worked in kolkata . Mr Arnab before that Mr samrat were there . They ask everyone to do forcefully resignation . Mr Arnab vice president too badly behaved and also Mr Soumojit ceo was little bit okay but rest all are bad and they do dirty politics that's it .
