the knowledge quotient and the marketing armoury provided to team is of high quality.

the culture has changed drastically over the last two years. From a responsive organisation it is now authoritarian. with no ears to ground they are loosing good people as few people have access to the top. now its totally top down with no flexibility to employee to think beyond what they want you to think...its on a slippery ground would not recommend joining.

The company is biased towards protecting their favourites and will let you off even if you are a perpetrator in a case which involves bullying and harassing of women. If this is the kind of culture that an organisation has, i will leave it up to you to decide whether you would want to work or associate yourself with such an organisation.

Top management is highly experienced and shows genuine kindness towards employees. Salary and benefits are competitive and fair.

Dislikes

The marketing manager lacks knowledge in digital marketing which leads to extensive micro management. No idea how to manage the team and lack of professionalism. The manager diregards team members opinions amd inputs. If you are considering a position in the marketing team or digital marketing team it's advisable to connect with former employees to know the actual work environment.
