I did not recommend to anyone to join this company not to experienced one not to fresher. This company is in Narhe, Pune. Just came to company gate and I asked to any engineer if he said it is ok then join. We work for Money, family and work satisfaction. 1)Money- There is a bond of 2 lakhs compulsory</mark>. For freshers the start salary will be very less, and increment will be 5-7 k per year even if you are a good performer. Manager working for 10-15 years. Some manager salary is around 50-60k so you can imagine what salary growth you will get. Experienced person will get 4-5 lakhs package, but you will resign after 1 year for sure so because there is too much workload cause there are 4-5 engineers having more than 3 years' experience (you can verify) and you have to work on simultaneously two three projects. 2) Family- Timing is Strick. 9.10 after that even if you are one minute late half day will be considered NO MERCY it does not matter who you are and how much hard working you are you need manager mail for this. If you stay night upto 10 pm then you can come up to 10 am next day. Most of the time you will be on site, project management is worst. Here 2 days means 2 weeks. (Ask any engineer or client). No life balance at all. 3) Work satisfaction- Projects are good but no support from seniors and managers because they are also not that much experienced. No standardization. No meetings or guidance they had given to engineers. They want only MOM. They did not verify the projects program so it will be difficult for the senior engineers or the next programmer who is working on that project in short worst programming because they are not trained programmers from classes. So you have correct the program first then complete it without any support. At last even if complete it you will not get any appreciation. So please go through their website, first take review from clients and then contact to any engineers from LinkedIn or by other medium take his review. Company is good for fresher engineer who have completed BE from instrumentation background and who are looking to make career in the field of PLC,SCADA,HMI, site job. TA & DA is average.

Dislikes

There is bond/work agreement of 3 years which is of amount 2 Lacs. Poor management. Company policies disturb you. Company forces you to stay with them for complete 3 years. HR will never give you experience letter if you have not completed 3 years with complete notice period of 2 months OR paid full amount of 2 lacs by cash at account department. If you failed to complete 3 years & notice period as well as you refused to pay 2 lacs then HR will give you termination letter without giving any notice to you. So terrible & highly unprofessional ! Management always play politics with employee & if any employee is near about to complete his agreement/ bond then they plan a long site for employee so that employee can not attend other interviews and stay with analogic till work is not completed. Job is mostly on site. So you have to travel anywhere in India. You have to keep your bag ready for travelling. Manager may call you anytime even on Sunday. Mostly you have to travel on site on your weekend. So your weekly plan gets disturbed and hence you can not enjoy your work there. Site allowance is 500 RS & it may vary depending on city. TA is provided by company. Site job always disturb you mentally. Since you are living far from your house , friends. On site you may forced to drink by your seniors. People who have completed engineering from Computer/ ECE should go for IT companies by doing CDAC or any other IT course rather than going for site jobs. For fresher engineer they offer 12000 CTC. You will get near about 9500RS take home salary. Is it worth after completing 4 years of engineering & investing 5 to 6 lacs ? Salary increment is low. Management never give importance to senior.
