Highly unprofessional. Expects that you to work at late nights and early mornings if required. Manager takes the entire credit. Too much politics. The top managers have received their promotions only because of politics. Some marketing managers do not even have required qualifications but are marketing associate only because they spent few years in the same organisation. No growth. The one good thing about working with Amway was getting to know how the corporate culture functions. It is my first job and have learned quite a few new skills one of the main being public speaking.

Dislikes

The thing I dislike about amway is there is no comp. Off. The managers do not treat you well. You are asked to work even on Sundays. No work life balance.
