Amul is a large fmcg Company, I have done 2 months work with Amul, it was a great experience, and culture of employees of company is good, helpful.

Dislikes

I did 2 months internship here, but they did not pay any stipend and all. But I learn many things from here, those are very costful and important for me.

It was very exciting, to work with such a largest fmcg company like AMUL. Know the how work done by the company, distribution process. All over after 2 months I feel good, and I did not waste my time.

Promotion are time based. Salary is raised every 3 years and not annually. No scope for personal development.

Salary Structure is quite good to manage healthy life style near to stay near Ahmedabad. The Cause of this organization is also good that, it supplies quality products (milk & other milk products) to the area of Ahmedabad & nearby.

SA / EPF/ INSURANCE /EX GRATUITY / BONOUS / HOLIDAY PAY are provided. 5.Good Works Team . 6.Official environment is good as family. 7.Digital works environment. 8.Weekly OFF is provided. 9.Supprotive official HR / officers . 10.Monitornig by CCTV and traning is provided as needfully.

1. There are no legal aid team. 2. Duty hours are maximum for feild stuffs / Shift wise duty are not avilable for out door stuffs or chilling centre stuffs.

Force to push slow moving items/already expired items/ near to expiry items to Distributor. No help from seniors. 20-30% damage claim settlement to Distributor. They expect 15-20% month on month growth with this policy. Some Product managers are just bogus. No market knowledge only twaddle. Employee perks and benefits are very low compared to industry. Management pass all works to the field sales force. Current MD is just dreaming without solving any issues we are facing in ground level.
