Here, In GCMMF, learning is good as we get opportunity to launch product and learn from seniors And have to handle large area and more distributors,transporters.

Dislikes

Main negative point is here no HR policy in organization, no appraisal, no career growth. And here there is part ie incentive which is given at the last of year, which is not fixed as 40% of ctc is incentive and we get almost half of it. So interms of money, not good place.

Nepotism, poor growth rate, poor HR management, highly negative environment causing the overall outputs. No place for innovation as teammates are often scared and has very narrow biased thinking. Growth rate purely depends on caste based.
