worst to worst company I had worked hear for 3 months & I am very shameful that I worked in this company. Totally non blance company, The Director of the company Mr.Kishore Mange he is not educated person he had no respect to staff mambers He shouldn't deserve Director of company, every time he check with office Peon Person about staff members what they are doing In office 1 to 1 complaints as we call as office khaabree & chap chaas He is not open minded person. Because of his Voice no employee staffs want to work under him, He is sooo irritating Person....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
