1. Fake promises related to WFH, Salary, Incentives, 6 months appraisal cycle, support from management. 2. Bond of 2 years! No training provided to you, directly deploy you on the field where clients are frustrated, from a non-technical background who don't understand what you are expla ining. 3. Client managers directly say that they will replace you for unnecessary reasons and no action was taken by Ameyo! 4. Seniors are arrogant, and angry all the time. When you seeking help be prepared to listen first, At the same time client is also shouting at you... Because as I said they don't understand why the issue is happening. 5. No work and life balance. Don't get time to live your personal life. Taking leave is a crime here, seniors convince you to reduce your leave period even when you are taking 2 days' leave. 6. On holiday, your seniors take leave, but you won't get it because they can't give leave to 2 people at the same time. After all, your team has 2 members....Read More
