I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It was good for freshers till 2021 to learn basics of linux and DB and voip technology.

Dislikes

We are living in 2023 but ameyo is still using old school technology means no future if you keep working there. Not 1% of job security after merger with exotel. They can fire you overnight. No new business and they are struggling to save their existing customer.
