1. As a fresher and as well as senior you will get immense chance to learn new technologies but you will not learn it fully.

1. No Work Life Balance 2. No Family Time 3. Even if you die you have to deliver the deliverables 4. No Technical Person in the management level, hence they don't know how to quantify your efforts 5. Both Junior and Seniors should work 10 Story Points in 10 Days of a sprint. 6. In Simple words its all about money. Will not make surewhether the quality is fine or not but will push developers to get story points from client 7. Senior Management will force its employees to work in week ends. 8. Even day and night also if you're working they will not worry about your health instead will suggest to ask SP's from client. 9. Even if the client insults or humiliates the employee, Senior management will not take necessary action against client. For fellow friends and colleague all the above mentioned torture was for Intel ODC employee. When you get opportunity in this Organization and if you come to know that you are going to work for Intel ODC, sincere request please reject the offer and try some other company. Only believing on managers words and not at all concentrating on employees feedback about previous employee who is so far working in AMI. Because of this they lost so many skilled persons in their team.

In this company there are product based and Service based. In case you are in service team you must prepare mentally work in late nights and weekends also. If you put leave means also you have to work. You need to take care of your health because here you will definitely gain some back pain, neck pain, and high mental and physical stress.

Good for people with electronics background since they are basically a firmware company. Job security. Good pay (for laterals). Flexible timings. No issues with leaves.

Dislikes

No proper processes. Bad food court (not that suitable for vegetarians). No cab facilities. Not recommended for computer science folks (software people) because you'll be put into their service-based division, which is worse than the other sweatshops out there. Too much micromanagement from top management till bottom level. No work life balance. If you try to balance work and life, the leads will make you feel guilty about it. No recognition for hardwork. Menial work. Only legacy maintenance/support projects are there. No new learnings. People coming from startups may feel better but people from big MNC's or product-based companies will be disappointed and feel cringe. The team leads here will escalate petty issues to higher management, like non-availability for just half-an-hour or so. Only people with slave mentality can work here. No proper training for freshers. Freshers are mapped to projects with irrelevant skillsets and exploited to the core with low salary and 3 years bond. Stupid and cringe-worthy appraisals. The culture doesn't feel like a software company at all. It's a glorified export company/factory. Here, more than your skills, the amount of Story Points you contributed (agile methodology), decides your worth. The client teams assign more work with less Story Points. And u have to literally beg them to get more Story Points. Coz here, not billing hours, but only Story Points go for client billing. Management gets mad if any of the stories are moved to next sprint. Notice period is 90 days and salary will be held during last 2 months of notice and settled only during full & final settlement. No WFH policy at all in general. Management & HR are forcing WFO. Think twice before joining, coz once u get in, u get suffocated and it's difficult to get out....Read More
