AMI is best beginner level company. Under BIOS or Megarac departments is best. Good appraisal. Put your effort whenever, wherever required. Salary variation will be there for same designation people.

Both Junior and Seniors should work 10 Story Points in 10 Days of a sprint. 6. In Simple words its all about money. Will not make surewhether the quality is fine or not but will push developers to get story points from client 7. Senior Management will force its employees to work in week ends. 8. Even day and night also if you're working they will not worry about your health instead will suggest to ask SP's from client. 9. Even if the client insults or humiliates the employee, Senior management will not take necessary action against client. For fellow friends and colleague all the above mentioned torture was for Intel ODC employee. When you get opportunity in this Organization and if you come to know that you are going to work for Intel ODC, sincere request please reject the offer and try some other company.
