They have start hiring people those are having good English spoken skills, no matter how much domain knowledge the candidates have. If you speak well during the interview , 80% of your job is done. No input to the program teams from CD, MEL, HR team, they just behave like the donors and put extra pressure on program team.

Compensation offered at the time of joining is decent but the growth is slow. Further the opportunities for vertical growth in the organizational hierarchy is very limited / slow.
