Less hardly any Opportunities, No growth at all absolute 0 growth that is what I do not like about Amex, I don't like 24*7 shift either, absolute night shifts are worst.

It's just a brand nothing else. They offer you good salary and designation so that you join, but they will ask you to leave the organization whenever they feel like with no reason. This month itself they asked there 35 employees to leave the organization as they realized that their head counts don't require this much employees....Read More
