The training was good. You get to learn a lot of things during training

Dislikes

They just hire and fire. They have a criteria of getting surveys to clear the training certification. If an employee gets a detractor, they start blaming you for it even when they know it was a non serviceable scenario. In customer service, you can not make everyone happy when it's a non serviceable thing. But when you get detractor on such non scenario they ask you to leave
