American express as a brand is very good and bou doubt about that. It gives you salary, free cabs and also meals nowadays.

Dislikes

It totally depends on the process you moved to. I was working in Accertify, no work life balance, no job security, no fixed shift and week offs keep changing everything month. You will feel like you are in call centre.

Work culture and professionalism is top notch. maintains highest standards of discipline and respects work life balance. The incentives are amazing and training is given in the best possible manner. It shapes the complete personality of a corporate individual and i feel privileged to have worked there for 2years.

Dislikes

The only demerit is job security. The company is strict in terms of performance and integrity which is justified. The employee may always work under the fear of losing his job and may never work in peace. There is no stability. One always has to face constant pressure and stress of performing the best consistently month on month. This i feel is a bit harsh on hard working people who may face consequences of an unknown event....Read More
