Company culture is fine as they provide free meals( which aren't that good), team leaders are supportive but they can't really do much as company policies are harsh. Nobody calls you after work, no unnecessary bothering

Dislikes

Appraisal are not good, most processes have been automated. You are supposed to work like a robot and work on UPH, its more like a competition then a healthy workplace. Every day you want to quit this toxic workplace, I don't recommend this to anyone. If you have good skills choose a better organisation. If you are working in BPO probably you can give it a try .
