Very good Cab facility available at frequent time intervals. Managers are very friendly and easily approachable, good opportunity to learn about business side and work as consultant but less technical skill development roles good for MBA profiles not for development or analytics profiles. Gurugram, Campus office is very good and easy to reach. Infrastructure if good. Work-life balance is good since no longer hours and can easily log off from work early or take leaves....Read More

If you know how to do politics and buttering of managers, seniors and lucky enough to get a good coding/development projects then you will be happy else initially it would look good but as you progress thorough your role and you will soon start to realize work mostly involves working on internal company portal, sites based on Salesforce and there is very less scope of working on ongoing technologies in current industry as most of technical work is outsources and mostly they prefer to work like consultant. Everything is about keeping the Brand image of American Express so you will see senior leadership talking about it, setting meetings about it and at times its gets too much frustrating. And after Covid there business got impacted so they are more focused on increasing their Sales and are experimenting with new marketing strategies which sometime might put pressure on teams involved but that depends on which team you join. I definitely love the work culture and the leadership is also quite impressive not just with my department but with every other departments as well. Freedom to work is also a good thing, its your job you have to decide when to work and when to relax during the job. Most importantly is the cab service provided by the company.

Dislikes

Compensation part is quite low but otherwise there is no such thing to dislike the company.
