The team I am working under is very caring and supportive and has let me make many mistakes and let me learn how to correct those. I am also able to make time for personal life.

Dislikes

Lot of Technical Debt. My team is cut off from the other employees of the company and my team just has 8-9 people and there is lot of technical debt.

If you are working under karthikeyan verdarajan then you have to ready to bear his ego and attitude. He is a psycho man and bad of IPsoft is Hr also support him. If you will say no for anything to him then your days has started in IPsoft. Better join with good hike and leave after getting hike otherwise after one this karthikeyan will try to make your life hell.

Dislikes

Hr doesn't support employee they support blindly to managr because manager is there for long term. Hr is useless they focus on their beauti only not on employee happiness. They don't care if any complain against any manager.

Work Details

No work from home expect manager's Chamcha/chamchi. Nothing is free in IPsoft even restroom also has access. If you go in restroom then your time will count as out.

Good to start if you are from different background,they want check much about process and your managerial skills etc with respect to R&D team.

Dislikes

HR and their policy,work environment,and less opportunity to grow.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
