There is nothing much to like. Try to avoid joining the product support team

Dislikes

Pathetic cafeteria, no work-life balance, No laptops provided, Management is worst and HR thinks they are god.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
