In One word Amdocs is Good place to work, Respect, Gender equality, equal opportunity. Its purely depend upon the Project and Mangers, With Flexible Managers we learn how to be polite, how to collective work with Team, which helps to develop interpersonal Skills and with Micro/inflexible/Tuff/Technical Managers we learn to work under pressure and challenge our Skills and try to be more and more potential.. I have worked with both types of people and it was mixed experiences (both good and best experiences) .. Respect is key aspect where everyone is able to find in Amdocs..
