No work life balance. Need to extend 3 hours min daily. Uncooperative team members and the team lead is worse. Terrible management. Everybody in the team is resigning then also manager is not trying to manage the things properly. People don't know the manners to speak to team members.

I got to work in automation team as an automation Tester. Sadly I joined this place as a contractor about which I gradually came to know that they are quite baised against people on contract , I won't say all of the but yes few.

Dislikes

Office politics. Alot, they fired specially contractors without any reason, even I was asked to leave saying that we don't have any productivity issue with you but your lead has escalated you for your behavior. I did not fall into that argument because I knew the politics behind all that. So despite of having many greate people due to few filthy fishes , this pond is certainly not a good place.

Work Details

There is no work life balance. At this place, you can be asked to work or you yourself might end up working for minimum 10 to 11 hours daily. Login over weekends or late at night is a culture there which you can not escape from.
