Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

I have worked there for 7 months. This does not even deserve a single star. Nothing to like here. It's a fake. Anytime the CEO can shut the company and Managers are name sake. No decision of manager comes into action.

Dislikes

Worst choice of mine in my career. There is no professional environment and no basic facilities to the employees. CEO himself is not sure how to carry business and blames employees for his unsuccessful business. He closed business giving reasons just like that and dint even pay our 2month salary. Gives false promises about payment.

Work Details

It's not to be called a company at all. Just a fake company, fake CEO from IIT who says bad reviews are written by people who are jealous of him and do that to pull him down. But we understood the real fact when we were hit by the same.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
