Company has taken furlow policy to fight the pandamic in which 40% of the manpower till Dec 2020 will be given 30% salary and 30% resigned due to the low remunaration of 50% salary so the company working only with 30% staff. Ambuja previously was a very good company to work with but now management has taken stringent methods. No appraisals happen here if you have good terms with your boss you can get good salary hike and promotion. There is a lot of politics. If you have good terms with your superior then you can get salary hike and promotion. No appraisal system is there to measure your performance.

The good thing is job is almost secure here. If you want to settle with very low salary structure and want rest of your life to spend with leisure. Work pressure is less and company have benefits like free health checkup.

Dislikes

There are few things which I don't like especially work culture. Apart from head office work culture in every other places are not good at all. You can't learn anything from here. They won't give you any resources to exploit yourself.

Well my work life was horrible as I was working for 3 and half years. There was no seating option for me or any computer to complete my work. I used to complete my work requesting other to give their computer for few time. After few days I got used to it.

The management, the HRD is the worst I had ever got experience in this company, the growth and increment was so poor for staffs who's grade was lower. No one are there to listen n see the problem of the staffs.. Give promotion but no increment. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts technology. I love the fact that I am a part of this organization

Dislikes

Growth is okay but compensation is low and work pressure is high, have to work for 15-18 hours straight sometimes. Management do not value an individuals unique strength sometimes it feels like partial.
