While my experience at Ambuja Neotia has been largely positive, as with any organization, there are areas that could be improved. For example, I think there could be a more structured feedback process that could help employees better understand their growth trajectory within the company.

Only one thing salary always in time, nothing else.

Dirty politics no growth opportunities to new joiner, no Carrier progress, very less chance of getting increment management will not provide any on job training to employee need to rely on senior employee, senior will never show anything not cooperative may be they have thought if new joiner knows then he/she would be useless....Read More

Sexism, office politics, lower opportunities to prove yourself, and most importantly, very low wage for someone in my field.
