Great place to work, excellent work life balance, employee friendly, company policies are good, supportive management. I like about Ambit is the culture and positive circumference here. Every employee having strong engagement because the activity we have in our company. For example, Ambit rendezvous program with mystery group of 4 to 5 member it can be more but due to co-vid situation the management not in the fever to gather more member and this is the best part of this company management always take smart decision in favor of their employees, the aim of this program is to increase team engagement where we can have snacks and meals and enjoy interacting with other. The other is quarterly performance review this is like a motivation tools for employees. The job is too good. I struggle in starting but after team support of TLs and PMo I gain too much knowledge for work, I done much mistake in my own but now I perform quit good. Thanks to all TLs,PMo and teammates as well as company Directors

The company is adhere to the policies and does not care about the employees.Work Culture here in the company is terrible. No job security provided by the company.Policies are rigid for the employees and no application of policies for mangerial level.

Three months in the company no physical interactive session with the entire team of the company.Training was not so good though. There is no permanent retention for the resources. Hence, no job security. No travel, No growth
