Working culture is very bad. No only matters… Unachievable targets are there and no one cares about the promotions. You will feel like you are working with robots.

The only thing i like about working in ATS is the pay. We get overtime which totally depends on the manager.

Dislikes

ATS gives the whole power to the Manager which is wrong in someways. My manager usually give me both 4am-2pm and 2pm-12am shifts in a week. Which affect my mental peace and my sleeping patterns changes every single day. He also talk to us rudely and also ask to pick the shipments and lift the boxes. Its hard to do all the physical work every day. When i got hired HR had not mentioned all these things to me neither it was mentioned in the Job description.
