Nothing is good while working in last mine India at L3 position.

Dislikes

There is so much of discrimination among leaders. People are bias. There is no career growth, learning. and work environment in last mile with 0 work life balance. People are stuck in L3 position as there is no other option available and there is no growth in L3 position.

Full of Frustration with zero work life balance because of the politics and biasness from the leaders.
