I appointed on a third payroll, in the interview they said that they will make it permanent if everything goes well, It depends on the performance. But when my contract period got over they simply said due to change in company policy we can't appoint you as permanent even after my performance was more than up to the mark even my team members who were on a contact basis at their time said that your performance was better than me still they are not making you permanent. May be the Manager did so because I wasn't from the south side or what, I don't know. After leaving, I went on my expenses to the office and submitted their laptop, and after few months I re-applied in Amazon and there was some issue coming in my assessment rounds, I asked him to check on that because no person on the mail was replying. He said that he will check and revert me but he didn't responded and I sent him reminders and texted him on Whatsapp but he didn't responded. So my experience was pretty bad in Amazon.
