Good office environment, good infrastructure, yearly goodies, fun time in team outings and team lunch, cool environment to work.

Dislikes

It's not about the company but some managers were very doing favoritism to some employees. No good hike and no promotions.

Amazon is full of BPO managers with very cheep behaviour . It's my concern to ceo " Jeff ". Stop hiring BPO management team for all kind of management. Especially in appstore skill store.

Dislikes

Non technical managers for technical team it's leading lots of irritation. Check stream line.
