Overall less pressure. Good teammates. Approachable manager. Assistance is available easily.

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow. Even you are doing something above and beyond your level, this will hardly impact your promotion or the yearly hike. Although you will get praised for it but this will not reflect on your paycheck.

Work Details

Ok. Everyone is nice. Promotions feel like a lucky draw. So if you work hard or not doesn't make much of a difference.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
