Everything except it’s name and people used to leave office anytime they wanted if they were close to the manager. Management is bad. Also, HR is just concerned about company not it’s employees.

The career growth is quite open. Every month the feedback is shared, and we work on our gaps.Promo process is transparent, where we work with manager to discuss and work on gaps. We have to work hard on same as the next level even before moving to that level.
