There is huge learning curve if you get any sort of work experience from there be it either Internship or full time. When you hard work goes live, that joy is something different.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

If you are a fresher, you should not expect much support from the leadership, you have to take ownership of yourself, :p (one of their leadership principles). You have to run behind people to get their support or help, which i think is a con. Work-life balance is shit, you just have to get the work done somehow, remember, its still Day 1 at Amazon (IYKYK).
