Hello all, I am having difficulty connecting with people for jobs, have applied at Amazon, Deloitte, Wells Fargo, CITI etc via career page but it's been months and no response. And can't find much on Linkedin. Immense work stress. Its a 24/7 work culture. In the name of ownership, every one goes through different level of stress on daily basis. Have witnessed multiple peers undergoing cardiac arrest and spondylosis issues at a young age. On top of this layoff took a deep cut as it looked like a prank and within hours losing access.

The environment. What ever happened everybody is treated in a polite way. There is no ways of shouting with unparliamentary words. Leave policy is good.

No promotion will come.low hike percentage. Simply you do more work but no hike will be given. Office politics is huge it's like a sea. For example let's say if a senior ops posting in not required but there is a manager who is so supporting the senior manager means. They will create a new posting and promote this operation manager to senior operations manager. Literally like giving the posting to next next managers who are in line with the senior ops but this kind of sincearity is not there in other job post. There are multiple leadership principles but nobody will follow lets say there is a leadership principle called have backbone disagree and committed. But it's just in paper. Not in action. No work from home option previously there was working from home for 3day and 2 day office. Worst shift timings, multiple shift changes within a year will happen no stability to showcase your talent. So with this your scorecard will go will go down so obviously your coming hike will also go down. No tenuerity based promotion will be given even there are 6years plus people in the same level and 2years level people becoming manager.There is a huge diversity among skin tone colour. Great culture of work. Having a great team that we support eachother. When ever a house keeping work we tell to the person great job. And we have R&R events for housekeeping which we give prices for there work they do in the company. Our manager are friendly and supportive at work.

Dislikes

There is not promotion for the employees. They are keep hatred to an employee and take them out of the job. What all ideas we give they will not take it. Without any reason they will keep on shouting at an employee.
