Horrible cut throat work culture. Everybody is busy chasing their targets, may not show any nice ties of decencies while trampling over you. Mindless innovations, which will be reversed with another mindless improvement, and no accountability for failures. Quality of work become casualty as you are needed to produce truckloads of work on a daily basis. If you are sick, or having some distractions, Amazon will kick you out mercilessly. Your years of track record will be forgotten within a few months of rough patch. HR non existing, managers are more worried about their jobs, employees trying to pull-down a colleague to get few inches of lead, is Amazon for you. In a system like this, if your stars bring you a bad manager, you are sc@₹!& royally. No values, no talk of compliance, no employee friendly policies.
