We can Opt form complete Work From Home , thats the only advantage ,but the pressure of work in the process had no difference Woking from home or office .

Terrible process , Intially the process was great , minimal targets with no pressure . not sure who implemented the mew targets and metrics , the amount of pressure they give us to target is very high , this process will eat your health life style being questioned for every metrics . Even the Targets they give is too high where employee will loose his patience . aprt from that , there nothing great to be learnt and promotions are not easy , Its not even easy to move to other process ,The worst part is Hike , they dont even provide a good hike . If you fall sick, the manager is going to ask you to come to office and then die, even though you are suffering a lot, they ask you for health certificate even though its for your privacy, where you gotta prove yourself that you are telling the truth but still end up having to come to office since, "you are in training". So please, whomsoever is planning to join, try not to fall sick

The work culture is really good. I am able to balance my personal and work life easily here and also the managers and SME's are very friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

The salary and benefits offering here are very less when compared to othere companies and also it takes ages to get promoted even you have right skills.
