In pandemic Amazon and our team took lots of efforts for Work from home. But due to network connectivity problems we had lots of glitches and double work, extra works and work overloaded things happened. So then due to family situation I came out of company at a point during pandemic. But working from office was not an issue and wehad greater supports from our team and manager. No job security, constant changes in process, frequent management changes, The transition is so quick that there is no time to settle down in one process.

Amazon has a chill environment, flexible work timings, I'm happy about my job and Amazon as a company, just that you can't settle down at Amazon for a long period due to the constant transition and learning of multiple process frequently.

In recent times, there have been a surge in the number of external hires for leadership roles, which , in my opinion, is somewhat ruining the authentic and unique work culture that amazon is known for.
