Fully decision power centralised by Branch Manager,No support ,You cannot even avail your CL & SL Leave,No RSM & Branch Manager visit Market,They told only you are responsible for everything,Goods things will happen then they will own credit,if something wrong is happen they blame you.specially in Bihar & jharkhand,If you in notice period manager will cut your visit Expenses . It is good organization but at the same time are just promoting those people who is very close to his superior

1.They believe there are the boss of the market. 2. Superior used to talk in abusive language. 3. They always believe that whatever they pay to his employees it is useless. 4. Superior uses you like servant. 5. BM and RM is like king of the branch the always misbehaving with you and talk rubbish

Promotions is night mare for eligible candidates also, always they say many people in que for promotion...let's see. And if you reach target... They ask for marketing activities, trainings... Even you do that...ask something else.. Company will squeeze you like anything... If you want to join.. negotiate good salary with HR...after joining will not get good increment every year
