Shows CTC package satisfactorily but monthly take home salary very low, the pressure is very high, we work some days 12_14 hrs.. and attend a calls mid night also for reporting... responsibility is very high as compared to our position and salary...

Regarding salary, its quite low than other same level companies, but work life balance & environment will compensate this.
