Engineer - MES

MES Implementation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain the MES software to ensure it meets the companys manufacturing requirements.

Customize and optimize the MES system to match the companys unique workflows and processes.

Collaborate with IT teams to integrate or modify the MES with other systems and for any requirements.

Process Improvement and Optimization: Analyze manufacturing data collected by the MES to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that enhance productivity, quality, and throughput.

Data Management and Analysis: Monitor and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data within the MES system.

Develop reports and dashboards that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing operations.

Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to the MES system, such as connectivity problems, software glitches, and data synchronization errors.

Provide technical support to production teams in using the MES effectively and efficiently.

Continuous Training and Documentation: Train manufacturing personnel on how to use the MES system to input data, track progress, and access relevant information.

Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to MES usage and maintenance.
