Culture and society thinking is average and job security is nil. Career growth is very slow. HOD are not good behaviour to juniors.

I want to say that , we should not blame our company who is providing you livelihood because talking about about your company identify your behaviour and nature how you are and other companies do not give you value otherwise you will talk about them also bad that's why. Be positive everywhere and every situation. Okay

Leave policy. Very often you gets your weekly off cancel and there's no compensation for that, neither you can take leave on another day for that, nor they pay for the extra work.

The colleagues, the team, the people I was working with were like a family. Immediate superiors were a bit supportive.

Dislikes

Budget cuts and lack of resources and enough staff to efficiently meet the deadlines. Unrealistic expectations of management for results without any interest in investing or even spending a penny for the process or resources. Reimbursement issues, they say they will reimburse for out of office tasks but many times either delay a lot or try not giving any reimbursement.

Company was good but the current HR head she is so toxic. She doesn't even know how to talk with her team members. She used to scream all the time. I recommend not to join AU during her tenure, otherwise your life becomes hell.
