If you manage to get into a good team then you can make your work enjoyable & maybe learn from your peers at the same time. Amazing job security, no firing during COVID & also consistent hiring across the year, they don't over-hire.

Promotions and hike system is inconsistent and overall poor. Management can be tough. Very low flexibility in terms of Work/Life balance You either have no work or all the work in the world, managers play favorites a lot. Systems are all over the place, actions taken by upper management might not make sense at times and you get bogus requirements if you are in that kind of team. If someone wants to save their career never think of joining Amadeus Labs. Work culture is service based with Indian managers doing micro management. Pay is not upto market standard, and promotion is highly partical. Year end review is just a joke, and done for namesake.

It appears that individuals like Mr. Sandeep Dwivedi supported by senior management including javier Laforgue and CEO Luis Maroto, are prioritising personal connections and potential business deals,such as those with Indigo for their own benefit .This focus on personal gain is allegedly causing severe harm to employees, leading to unfair terminations, toxic work culture and hire and fire mentality . Such practices are leaving lasting damage on employees lives and another case like EY might happen if the pattern continues. Expanse delayed without any reason and may be asking for reduced this under 5k max. It's good to be jobless then work in Amadeus Distribution India. Highly Not Recommended.
