I feel that the opportunity to learn is lacking for the employees. The work here becomes repetitive after a few days and employees' growth might get halted because of that. Also, the compensation offered is very less compared to tech giants.

If someone wants to save their career never think of joining Amadeus Labs. Work culture is service based with Indian managers doing micro management. Pay is not upto market standard, and promotion is highly partical. Year end review is just a joke, and done for namesake.

If you want to learn some new words in corporate culture- 1. Act of insubordination 2. Intimidating 3. Overpaid 4. PIP 5. Immediately release 6. Expanse delayed without any reason and may be asking for reduced this under 5k max. It's good to be jobless then work in Amadeus Distribution India. Highly Not Recommended.

Work life balance is good as it is a European company. They do not expect anyone to work beyond 5.30pm IST. If you want a settled career and have no greed for promotions and big hikes then go for this peaceful company.

They are forcing people to come to office 3 days a week. This is a waste of time as Bangalore traffic is a huge mess. Company should have provided an option to permanently work from home.

Culture has deteriorated over years. Favoritism at its peak, most managers and senior managers have no idea of software development and promotions happen based on perception as no one really knows and puts any effort to know who deserves it who dont. Avoid this company unless you have no options.
