Uhh, everything. Politics, no appreciations, no work life balance, no consideration for the staff's strengths.

The people are good but couldn't have a much worse management. There is no set management and whatever there is they themselves are confused within themselves as to what work should be get done by whom.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
