A good place to work as the staff are well experienced and friendly.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high around 39 periods for 48 in week are given. I received a lot of appreciation from collegues ,parents and students as well by the entire work goes unnoticed. Less job security and people who work here are not supposed to talk about salary or growth. Organisation says we welcome you to discuss above issues with management which gets offended if we do so....Read More

Hectic yet it was exciting , I was always ready for new work or event which is never rewarded even after investing my entire time in it.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
