No support from the management. No respect towards experienced teacher. The management fired few teachers during pandemic situation.

Dislikes

Teammates are friendly but not the management. There is no career growth. No increment in the salary. APS is full of politics, teachers who joined from very reputed school are free to do anything.

A good place to work as the staff are well experienced and friendly.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high around 39 periods for 48 in week are given. I received a lot of appreciation from collegues ,parents and students as well by the entire work goes unnoticed. Less job security and people who work here are not supposed to talk about salary or growth.
