We maintain a culture of respect – for customers, employees, and stakeholders. Further, to ensure this work culture, an appropriate monitoring mechanism is also put in place and the Human Resources function ensures adherence to the stated work culture. Neither HR nor any relevant supervisors received any complaint of this nature from any employees.
